SHIPPING POLICY.
Please allow for 7 days to fulfil your order and an additional 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Please note, if you purchase during a pre-order, shipping times will differ and will likely take 4-8 weeks to be shipped. This is a general baseline, not an official shipping deadline.

Lost in the mail Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that get lost at shipping or stolen packages. However, if something goes wrong during the shipping process, please contact us at ([email protected]) and we will do our best to help.

 For any digital products, they should be delivered to your attached email. If you don't receive any documents within the next hour, check your junk mail. If you still haven't received anything then contact us at ([email protected]).








REFUND POLICY
Our policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL! For those who don't understand what that means... we do NOT offer refunds!

Damages and issues *please thoroughly inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or it you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the Issue. (Please note that you might receive an item that is purposely ripped, teared, worn out and/or other distressing methods)


Exchange *We don't offer exchanges because all items sold are limited. If you have need to exchange for a different size, contact us personally at ([email protected]) and we will review your request.

Refund *Refunds are only given to damaged products, we are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. You can always contact us for any return questions at ([email protected]).

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be retured, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and/or personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concers about your specific item.

PLEASE NOTE. We do not accept ANY refunds on digital products. If you made a mistake while purchasing contact us at ([email protected]) and we will do our best to help. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Accepted refunds If your refund request is accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at ([email protected]).
